I am a true believer in you look good, you feel good and you do good. Once we decide to get dressed, we are signaling our brain that we are preparing to do something, a sense of purpose. With this new sense of purpose, we are subconsciously raising our mood, optimism, motivation and productivity. Just as we set the mood with music, we do the same by getting dressed.
